Neomitis pays special attention to the delivery of its products to your home! This is why several possibilities are offered to you:
Standard delivery To the address of your choice
*Deliveries by Colissimo are free of charge in metropolitan France (excluding Andorra, Monaco and Corsica). Indicative delivery times: 2-3 working days for products in stock in metropolitan France, 5 to 7 days for overseas destinations and 4 to 8 days for international destinations. Delivery at home or at the address of your choice (with or without signature). Delivery in a standard letter box for delivery without signature. Delivery costs outside metropolitan France depend on the delivery address indicated and the weight and dimensions of your order.
Standard delivery At a collection point
Free deliveries to 19,000 collection points in metropolitan France (post office, relay points and Pickup lockers). Indicative delivery times: 4-5 working days for products in stock. Delivery costs outside mainland France depend on the collection point chosen, the weight and dimensions of your order. Packages up to 20 kg in relay points and Pickup boxes.

Express delivery within 24 hours To the address of your choice
The cost of express deliveries by DHL depends on your delivery address and the weight and size of your order. Delivery time: 24 hours, after validation of your order for products in stock. Delivery at home or at the address of your choice (with or without signature). Delivery in standard letterboxes for delivery without signature. Packages up to 30 kg.
Important: orders placed on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
Parcel tracking
An email will be sent to you to follow the progress of your order. You can also go directly to the La Poste website and enter your tracking number.https://www.laposte.fr/outils/suivre-vos-envois?colissimo=true.

Tailor-made delivery to your address
Thanks to the services of our partner carriers, you will be informed by interactive email/sms the day before the delivery to the address of your choice.
Not available on that day? Don't panic, reschedule the delivery for another day! Something came up? The deliveryman will automatically come to your address the next day. Finally, in case of absence and without instructions from you, a delivery notice will be left in your letterbox for Colissimo deliveries: it will allow you to collect your order from a post office near you.
For deliveries without a signature, the delivery person can leave your package in your letterbox (if it is the right size). When you make your purchase, you must have ticked the box "If possible, I authorise the deliveryman to leave the parcel in my letterbox" to benefit from this service.
Delivery abroad?
Our service providers ensure international transport to the address of your choice and to a collection point. Transport costs are applied directly to your order according to the weight of the package and the delivery address.
Parcel return
Important: before returning a parcel, you must first contact our customer service department to obtain your return slip: adv_shop@neomitis.com.
There are several return options available to you:
- Deliver your parcel to a Post Office or a Colissimo relay point of your choice. Prepare the return and locate a Service Point or book a collection with DHL.
- No time to move? Neomitis simplifies your life with effortless return directly to your mailbox. To benefit from this service, you must live in a geographical area offering this service (this information will be available when you apply on the La Poste website), and you must have a mailbox that can receive a parcel.
